After lunch, we’ll head up to Hood River, a lovely town right on the Columbia where we can take a moment to watch the windsurfers who swarm the Columbia River with their brightly colored kites. When you take a look at the kitchen, you will be able to notice that the light fixtures that we use create a warm ambiance in contrast to white custom cabinets, white stone countertops, with waterfall countertop island. The pantry in this kitchen is very unique as it became part of the custom cabinet layout. Rather than adding a regular door to the pantry opening, we concealed the it with cabinet doors and added floating butcher block and natural wood shelves.
